I love the fact that this toy store approaches sexuality in a mature manner and offers around 39 short articles about sex written by Ann Ferrera aka Toygirl! The layout is nice, but slow loading. The privacy policy and shipping info is easy to find, and if you look in the shopping cart area you will find the return/exchange policy. Contact info includes toll free number, email, and snail mail. The bad news? These are the same toys and DVDs you'll find just about everywhere on the net and the descriptions are not very helpful. Dimensions and run times are sometimes extremely lacking, and I believe all of the info given is just the factory supplied hype. I'd love to see the knowledge involved in the articles applied to the toys and movies in the inventory. -- Vamp
